Logicsoft's Process Policy enhances productivity of organization; ensure transparency, regular monitoring, reuse, reporting and tracking. For comprehensive and successful completion of a project we follow the Software Policy consisting of the following phases:
Investigation and Initiation Phase

To determine the need to develop new application.

To state new or changed market or customer requirements on the application.

To define and approve the project scope, and estimated time/cost through the project Initiation Note.

To initiation the project and intimate all the concerned persons associated with the project.

To define the complete requirements set as to what to implement in the project.
Design and Documentation Phase

To transform the statement of requirements into a description of how these requirements are to be implemented.

To ensure that the design conforms to the requirement and design standards in a manner that supports a flexible, scalableopen computing environment and facilitates Coding, Testing, Maintenance and Reuse.
Coding and Self Testing Phase

The objective of coding is to write source code conforming to design specifications.

The objective of unit testing is to ensure that the program unit complies to the specified functionality.

To verify that various programs comprising the system or module are compatible and the interfaces between the programs are correct.
Software Quality Analysis Process

To verify that the system meets it's stated objectives.

Strive towards delivering a Zero Defect application.

Debug the system at the code level as well as the functionality level.
Testing and Deployment Phase

Purpose of this process is to verify that the work productis delivered according to requirements and customer expectations.

Proper training is conducted (With appropriate user manuals) to ensure utilization of the product.
Project Conclusion Phase

To understand (and document) those project processes and practices that worked well, so future projects can benefit from the project experience.

To understand those processes and practices that did not work well, and identify reasonable solutions that can be implemented in future projects and formally hand over and close the project.
